In the immortal words of Senator Joe Wilson, “You Lie”!
After the Supreme Court ruling this morning it is very clear, Obama tried to bamboozle the American people by saying the Healthcare Law would not impose a tax on Americans. The Obama administration vigorously said to all Americans, “No, this is not a tax”, but arguing in front of The Supreme Court Obama’s lawyers said, “Yes, this is a tax”. Persuading many to get behind the healthcare law with the “no tax” language and then persuading the Supreme Court with language they would find constitutional “yes, it’s a tax”. Obama lied! Plain and simple Obama will lie, cheat and mislead to move his policies forward. The sneaky one has proven that he believes many Americans to be dumb, subjects he can tell anything to. And many will vote for him regardless of his constant unpresidential behavior.
It is not my prediction only a mathematical common-sense, the U.S. can’t sustain such a massive law and within 10 years we will see the worst collapse of a super power in the history of the world. When a great number of the people and our highest courts makes no sense, U.S. has no chance! It’s sad that we as a nation are setting ourselves up for such a predictable and drastic fall which will then force us into a great awakening. It looks like pain will have to come, some unfortunately need their butts kicked before they get it.
It just may come faster than that. We are seeing one man turn our country into Greece.
I am not a big supporter of Mr Romney, but I made a contribution to his presidential campaign. I’m willing to trust Romney to repeal both Obamacare and the Liar-in-Chief.
Same here Richard, Romney doesn’t excite me. But first we must trust that the American people will vote Obama out in November; after the Supreme Court ruling today, I just don’t know.
I really don’t care for Romney either, but the other guy really is a no vote.
The voters will do what the Supreme Court did not have the guts to do–get rid of Obamacare.
In my mind, it never mattered what it was called – tax, mandate, assessment, whatever. Bottom line, if it’s going to cost me – or anyone – it’s a tax. Anytime the gov. takes money from the people, it’s a tax. Sometimes it’s for a good purpose, like our defense, but most of the time, not.
Perhaps good things will come of this ruling though, like people waking up. I can hope!
