Last night I saw Obama confused, discombobulated, frustrated and politically unclothed. Watching the first 2012 Presidential Debate, it was clear Obama was set aback by Romney’s retorts of all the lies and misinformation the Obama campaign has delivered to the public for the last few months. One of my favorite parts of the debate was Romney’s continuous rebuttal of Obama’s $5 trillion tax cut statement, Obama stated, “And this is where there’s a difference because Governor Romney’s central economic plan calls for a $5 trillion tax cut” and “Governor Romney’s proposal that he has been promoting for 18 months calls for a $5 trillion tax cut”. Every time Obama threw that talking point out there, Romney made sure Obama’s lies was not left out there as truths. Romney rebutted the $5 trillion statement several times, once saying, “So you may keep referring to it as a $5 trillion tax cut, but that’s not my plan”.
This debate proves that if you confront a bully (Obama and Democrats are definitely bullies), the bully will ironically become the beaten and shattered. Romney refused to allow Obama to frame Romneys policies, well at least tonight. Obama like many Democrats do this so well, they regurgitate lie after lie hoping the lies will become truths, but Romney showed he wasn’t as wimpy as I thought, and fought off Obama’s bully tactics. And since I believe Obama is a certified narcissist, I’d bet he had a very difficult time sleeping after that Mormon whoppin’. You think Obama needed a couple ”smokes” after that beat down? Smokes meaning cigarettes, but the way he runs the White House the other kind of smokes may not be out of the question. Get your rest Obama, it looks like the remainder of debates will not be a victory before they began, as he might had planned.

I believe your Beezlebub character could have done a better job than Obama last night. Romney creamed him, his record and his policies–with a smile on his face. Obama could not wait to get out of there. Smokes? Most certainly. And a couple of double shots, as well. From the look on Michelle’s face, I doubt there was much anniversary celebrating going on after that debate. LOL
You caught that look by Michelle too. I don’t feel sorry that Romney ruined the Obama’s special night, Obama has ruined many Americans days and nights.
I saw some clips of the debate and I confess I was heartened! I didn’t think Romney had it in him and he kicked butt and took names.
I have no doubt Obama will try to pull some kind of stunt in the next debate, because playing dirty is all he knows, so I hope Romney is prepared for that too. It really was encouraging to see him make such a strong showing.
